I'm sorry I did not come around sooner - I'd retreated back to my lovely hole in the ground for the day.

Sadly, a word of warning, not many of the few there are in Iowa seem to be very popular. The reportedly good ones are in either Minnesota or Wisconsin, which may be a problem (travel, insurance, etc). Sorry.
