If you want to go hardcore, check out the Wahls diet. Usually ill do some egg white ( I spoil my self a few times a week with a whole egg) and whip up an omelet. I'll throw in some gralic, onions, green peppers, kale with half an avocado on the side. Sometimes ill even bake some asparagus. If i get hungry mid morning ill have a half cup of blueberries to hold me over until lunch.
