Green dragon botanicals

I ordered the japanese knotweed,It had a 7 day delay before shipment about how long did it take to get it for you?

How long does that bottle last? (Sage women brand)? I am currently doing the powder yuck!!! I started with tincture but it didn't seem to last long and then there is the alcohol.

ghost93 - For capsules - Buhner recommends Green Dragon..but he recommends several sources for tinctures.

I started with Green Dragon capsules...but then after a couple of months, I switched over to Woodland Essence Tinctures...
I actually was happy to have some tinctures...as I already swallow a lot of capsules and tablets throughout the day.
I can put all my tinctures in a 1/4 cup of water...and down the hatch.
I found it much easier than swallowing a handful of capsules one after another.

The tinctures are absorbed quicker than capsules...

I don't remember how long it took mine to get here - I was on them back in like 2013, but that sounds about right. I think they have to wait for new batches to get in and be put into capsules sometimes.

I feel like Sage Woman may make some of their tinctures in a different ratio than other providers, just to mention. Like, say, 1:2 as opposed to the 1:4 or 1:5 you see elsewhere.

I ordered a few things from there about four or five months ago, but I can't remember.

But, if so, that means they'd be stronger than elsewhere.

Also, Purple Tulip, I've been making the powders into a tea, and eating the powders (pretty much all of Buhner's core protocol + a few others) along with. The powders do not form a true mixture with the water, so it is just like a sludgy mess.

It is pretty gross, in terms of taste and consistency.

I'm definitely gonna be switching to whole herb form after I'm done with them.

I would prefer tinctures, but cost + alcohol intolerance, even just a little.
