I was going through Buhner's book and he suggests taking 1000-3000 mg and he likes the powdered, effervescent kind.
So when I was looking into what might be the best source, I stumbled onto Camu Camu. It's described as being the best source for Vitamin C. It also contains Potassium, a couple of amino acids and some other things that have anti-fungal and anti-viral properties.
You can get it on Amazon, but Mountain Rose Herbs also sells it and they state that it is organically grown.
So I wondered if anyone else had tried it and what dose they used.
