Many here have pain. It helps to be a little more descriptive in your type of pain - for you and anyone trying to help.
Is it:
Moving?
at rest?
shocklike (nerve pain)?
muscle pain, do they feel hard?
or just tendons- feel those "ropes"
Ive had calve muscle pain- they were like hard logs, more like a very deep aching in feel.
If you push on them and muscle is solid (tension wont turn off), this will take time.
When muscles are hard and stuck, what you have done so far helps, and you also need to manualy release them. Many different forms of massage can do this- even yourself. Start slow-it hurts.
Get some magnessium spray (goggle it), messy but works. Apply, let dry, wipe off salt.
