Positive Lyme test, normal Eosinophils, Basophils, Monocytes, Lymphs, Neutrophils

I tend to like details but understand that many just want the bottom line, so I'll give that first!

Bottom line: My daughter's bloodwork, which tested many things, is showing High for Lyme disease (1.98). However, the nurse said all was normal. Her Eosinophils, Basophils, Monocytes, Lymphs, Neutrophils are all normal. Is it possible to have all of those things normal and have Lyme disease?

Details: My daughter has been sick a lot lately. She had a period of 9 days with a fever that would bounce up and down, she was very lethargic and sometimes complained of a headache. She vomited once during it and a few times afterwards over the next 2 weeks. She has been lethargic and eating less and for the past month or so has been complaining of intermittent shoulder pain. When I brought her in to the doctor he ran a litany of tests to check for everything. He ordered several blood tests (including lyme), an xray and ultrasounds. The day after her bloodwork was done, I received a call from the nurse saying that everything came back normal. I was able to check most of them online that night and saw that some still showed pending, including Lyme.
Today when I checked I saw that the Lyme test is now posted and it says that it is high at 1.98. According to the lab, anything over 1.09 is positive. It says that it should then be sent for a Western blot. I cannot see where that was done. But, the nurse had said that everything was ok. Could this be because those other tests were all normal? If she had Lyme would those other tests have to be abnormal also? As I tried to do a quick research on Eosinophils & Basophils it looks like they're an indicator of an infection.
As a side note, her Anion gap was a little high (17 with normal 10-14) and platelets just barely high (397, with normal 156-369).

Does anyone have any insight? As I've researched this, it sure does seem like she has many of the symptoms, though the past few days she seems fine. If it is a false-positive, doesn't it seem like there is *something* that would make that come back high, even if not Lyme? Where do I go from here?

You might want to start looking for a Lyme Literate Dr. (LLMD) and schedule an appointment...He/she is who your daughter should see to be evaluated for lyme disease.
