I believe those are what make up the white blood cell count. (eosinophils, monocytes, etc) - mine were normal until i started treating lyme disease.
No, if she has lyme disease, those tests do not have to be abnormal.
The only blood tests that was abnormal for me when I was looking for a diagnosis was my cortisol level was high and my vitamin d level was low.
It could be that the Western blot results aren't available yet...I would call and ask specifically about that test.
I would definitely pursue lyme disease as a cause of your daughter symptoms.
