hi everyone, I seem to be getting over my severe herxx and doing better.
I started taking psyllium husks about
3 days ok, and boy has it made a different in how I feel. It is helping pull all those toxins out.
anyone else how success with it?

I find it to be a great fiber and it keeps "things" moving!

Haven't tried it - but glad to know of it. I am doing a total body cleanse at the moment that I got through TJ's. You are only supposed to do them four times a year. Helping to get things moving. I also find that a big bowl of popcorn with cinnamon on it (for flavor) also helps keep things moving.

K and I use it daily and have done so for years.
Please use the organic version. Conventional grains are artificially dried down with glyphosate and other pesticides to aid combining. Adding more toxins is not something we need to do.
I'm glad you found something that helps.
