Sorry to hear of these issues! Are you working with a LLMD? Are you still taking abx? The symptoms you've shared could be caused by Babesia. Not everyone has every symptom on the list. What have you been diagnosed with?
Azythro isn't usually used alone to treat Babesia - you need to also take anti-malarials to treat that particular infection.
And, yes, Babesia have demonstrated resistance but more to the common Babesia meds such as Mepron and Malarone....as well as Artemisinin.
Buhner's latest Babesia protocol is quite comprehensive. The following link is to the website of one of Buhner's recommended sources in Canada. You could email them to see if they'll ship to your area.

/www.bookdepository.com/Natural-Treatments-for-Lyme-Coinfections-Stephen-Harrod-Buhner/9781620552582You'll see that Buhner recommends herbs not only for killing but, to support and heal the body....and, most importantly, to make the body inhospitable to the organism.
Cowden herbs for Babesia are Enula and Mora. Banderol and Cumanda might also be effective. Here's some info from the Nutramedix site about
the various Cowden herbs:
