Clindamycin?

The only thing I personally can input to is the Clindamycin, but I take that orally. Also, I'm curious to what Vatrex is, unless you mean Valtrex, in which case, do you know why you're taking that?

When I first got Lymes, it gave me Bells Palsy. Like a lot of things, doctors don't -technically- know what causes Bells Palsy specifically. We all know it's a big symptom of Lyme, but it can also be caused from trauma and the herpes virus. Because of this, besides ABX, I was on Valtrex as well.

Note of caution though, is you shouldn't take Valtrex if you are immunocompromised. One of the several mistakes the doctor made when I was first diagnosed.

I did have dizziness and lightheadedness, but this wasn't due to my meds, but orthostatic hypotension(sp?).

I'm sorry if I'm digging too deep, but have you ruled out things like anemia causing your dizziness, or is it more neural?

I'm on oral clindamycin. No problems with it. I just make sure to take plenty of probiotics, 150-200 billion. I'm also taking Cryptolepis. Each time I add a drop I get overwhelmingly tired for a few days to a week. It's a herx I get when killing off Babesia. At least I know it's doing something. Got the same type of fatigue when I was taking mepron.
