Recommendation on CoQ10?

My LLMD recommends MitoQ but its a small fortune so want to try something else. Thanks.

I find it by price. CoQ10 runs me 30 caps for $6.00 on sale and that is when I buy it. BUT, I buy from a source that has a high turnover and not a long shelf life of their supplements - that is my main requirement.

It's important that the CoQ10 you buy is the ubiquinol form:

I've buy Qunol Mega CoQ10 on Amazon.
