What can it be?

A week and a half ago I posted that I was feelling really well with the abx, but I don't know what it can be, but this week I has been sick all week, really bad on wednesday, yesterday better but not well and today bad again. When I have herx in the past have been max 3 days, but the average 1 or 2 days. I don't think is the lyme, I blame it on a virus I got. I am in my last days of the months abx. Has anyone has had a similar experienece that when finally when you are feeling better, you go backwards and feel the worst?

There is absolutely no plan to lyme disease. It can do whatever it wants, anyway it wants. If you expect it to go in a particular direction it will always go the opposite. There is no rhyme or reason to lyme disease. It is the most unpredictable disease there is.

Numerous times I have thought I caught something or hurt a muscle or eaten something bad. Nope, just dumb ole lyme.

Lyme stinks!

I ate a late lunch yesterday and had a glass of wine, ran lots of errands, got my hair done and felt fine. Hubby came home, I said "my tummy feels funny." I cooked dinner, ate a couple of bites, took my herbs and oh my gosh everything came up. Honest to goodness out of the blue!

Today I am hesitant to eat or drink anything. I feel okay but so very sore from vomiting. I don't remember getting sore as a kid. Old stinks too. And I guess it was lunch because I cannot pinpoint anything else, 'cept dumb ole lyme!!!

Tillybear I learned my lesson on this one. I tried to speak my wellness into existence and I got bit on the bottom.

I read this and it made me smile -- "If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans."

I am keeping my mouth shut now.

And cd got us back on track.

First, did a storm come through your area? That can cause a herx. Also, we are closing in on a full moon and some people feel that as a symptom.

Make sure you are keeping notes in a journal and you can track your symptoms.

While you're using some effective detoxing methods, it would be best if you used them daily....and incorporated other methods.

The bugs generate plenty of toxins just existing in our bodies. Once we're treating, there are huge increases in the amount of toxins our bodies have to clear due to the dead bug parts.

Those treating for Babesia are dealing with the biggest dead bug parts (Babesia parasites are bigger than Lyme bacteria). Bigger dead bug parts = bigger herxes.

Many of us employ a large number of detoxing methods. Not counting the herbs I take as part of my protocols, I use easily 20 of the methods on the link I shared. Many of them involve taking stuff like Burbur, Parsley, Pinella, curcumin, etc. I found those easy to add and you might, too.

I've actually been able to cut back on my detox in recent months because I'm further along in my treatment and consider myself 98% healed. I do plan on detoxing for the rest of my life, though, since the average American is exposed to 300 chemicals every day (think personal care products, furniture, cars, etc.)

No matter what, you would benefit from more detoxing.....every day with multiple methods.
