Thank you so much for looking out for me Trav! I can't even explain how much I appreciate your support. I posted in my other thread about how I'm doing now.

I am having a really good day today. I feel better than I've felt in a long time. The difference between today and a couple of days ago is unbelievable. I just can't understand how my mental state can change so drastically over night. I just never want to go through what I went through a couple of days ago again, at a moment like that it truly feels like things will never get better, and I just want to leave my body and be at peace.

The panic attack was almost worse than the one I had at the airport in South Korea on the way to Malaysia. When that happened I hid in the toilet at the airport for one and a half hours. I was sweating profusely, had to take off my shirt because I felt so claustrophobic, and just sat there trying to calm myself down. It was horrible. Luckily I had people who could help me in the hospital when it happened again, but I'm just so afraid it's going to happen again. What this disease can do to a person is simply mind-boggling.

Thanks Kathie. Like it or not, once you join here and I get to know you a bit, you are part of my family and I worry - a lot sometimes!!

Jsch - I'm soooo happy that you are out of that dark place!! I hope that it never comes back, but if you believe it is, please, please reach out to someone - even me!! You can email me any time and I'll get back to you just as soon as I see it. I've been in those dark places too many times.

Now I'm going to go look for that other thread!! Thank you for posting in this one so I would be sure to see it.
