I experience the anxieties as well. I wouldn't call my situation depression but definitely mood swings up and down. I got a lot in today, yoga in the morning, basketball in the afternoon and I as I sit here typing this I'm in a great mood versus days I don't do this.
Try to squeeze in some physical activity (do what your body can handle of course).
Oh my gosh you are so right. Even if all I did was walk around the outside of my house, I did feel better. Thank you decarte3 for reminding me!
