Hello All,
I have noticed a trend, every time I use a Sauna.....it is followed by the fatigue, brain fog and just a little blurred vision?
Drinking lemon water
Yogi Tea
A few days per week...Activated Charcoal
Light exercise
Maybe its the heat?
Came off a few "decent days"......so I am okay with the cycles on this, wondering if I should not even use Saunas at this time?
Thanks!

I still cannot do hot water in my shower. The heat really affects me. When I go see the grandkids at elevation 0 and I am coming from 4000 feet I always have to wear a cotton blouse or I just melt because of the change in temperature - too hot.

My LLMD once said "You are releasing toxins too fast"/ kind of made sense, however,if thats the case.....I dont want to just "stop" getting rid of the Lyme (or one of the co infections)
Interesting about
the heat

Lyme bugs hate heat. It seems to stir them up and get them frantic and looking for a safe place.
Anyway that is how I looked at it.

Okay,so if I kick them in the @ss once in a while and they move around....the ABX can get to them?
No science on my post,lol.

PeteZa explained things very well.
I suggest you use the sauna at a lower temperature for a shorter period of time.
And, I think you might want to consider taking that activated charcoal daily and continue to add daily detoxing methods.
You are clearly killing bugs and you need to do things to get the dead bug parts out of your body.

In that link I provided they explain how you really are not detoxing enough for the killing of the bugs that the sauna does.
cd knows her stuff. Daily detoxing is the key.
