Okay, so.. I went without milk thistle for quite a few months, which I know was not a very smart decision on my part. The thing is, I was in between jobs, low on money, and I forgot to order some with the other essentials, not realizing until I had spent up my medicine money.
But, I have some now. Though, I have been taking a very small dose, as I am trying to conserve it until I get more funds. I am attempting to get into a position to where I can be on what I consider my "full" protocol on a monthly basis. I have a couple more weeks at least until I can order everything.
The thing is, feeling extra toxic and hopeless tonight, unsure of whether it's the infections eating away at me, toxins flooding, or what, I said screw it and decided I'd take a higher dose of milk thistle (1500mg).

After taking the milk thistle..
I don't know if it's related, though I am inclined to think so, but my symptoms worsened and I just got up to go to the bathroom to find that my urine was extremely dark. It was brown. It was like lemonade yellow earlier.
MY QUESTION IS.. am I right for making the assumption that the two events are related? Did the milk thistle help my body to push more toxins out of me?

If so, I find that very cool. It's been very hard for me to find detox things, other than epsom baths, because I can't do with the alcohol, lemon on account of my chemical sensitivities, binders because of my gut issues, etc. I actually made a wannabe infrared sauna, but I have neglected to use it, because I am waiting until I can start on my vitamin and electrolyte products. I don't want to go sweating things out and not be able to replace them. So, yeah.. it is nice to see something that works.
I feel like the answer is obvious, but I am in a very cloudy state of mind, so bear with me.
Also, I'm sorry for not just asking my question, but I felt I should give a bit of details, because I know that some will think me stupid for not being on this supplement regularly. I do believe milk thistle should be a part of everyone's protocol. I don't know what I was thinking. I wasn't. lol
