Any remedies for low blood pressure/high heart rate from bugs?

I'm taking rifampin and biaxin but neither has controlled my low blood pressure/high heart rate since starting them. Is there anything one can do to try and control this while the antibiotics eventually work their way to the source of the problem, the bugs? Thanks.

I have extremely low blood pressure. When I was at cardiologist he could not read my blood pressure, the device could not read it, it was sooo low!
He told me to take a lot of salty food, that it will raise my blood pressure. But I do not do it, because it upsets my stomach. Another advice was to drink more water, as it will increase blood circulation.
Do you have cold hands and feets?

bluelyme i'm already on a magnesium and coq10 supplement. i'm seeing a new LLMD and getting additional blood work so we'll see how she wants to address. pretty sure this is the bart causing issues but one never truly knows.
