Bartonella Treatment as per Buhner's Book

I think I got infected by fly bite. It was so strange, I have never heard that someone is bitten by fly. I was biiten so hard that the blood actually appeared, I think that fly was definitely not a regular one.
The main reason why I suspect on Bartonella is having gastritis without Helicobacter (it was proved by endoscopy, they confirmed I have gastritis and they took a part of my stomach for analysis on Helicobacter) and periodically mildly elevated liver enzymes without any reason - they are elevated for a short time and then return to normal. Doctor told me it is probably because of the food I ate, but I don't believe in that. My feet hurt. I have constant feeling of sore throat, although I did thrpat test and there were no bacteria (I think they do test just for usual bacteria, like Streptococcus).
Also, I have a lot of joint pain and nerve pain, but I think it is Bb.
Do you think that my symptoms can be Bart or it is all because of Lyme?
