When I switched to doxy, at my Drs recommendation I started taking L-Glutamine and Metagenics Zinlori 75. Both are good for gut health. I also take the collagen. And I upped my probiotics considerably...I was having stomach issues, and now things feel better after starting all these. I'm positive I've got gut issues too, and it's overwhelming trying to fight Lyme and fix/protect my gut.

The collagen supp i'm taking has tons of the different the L- amino acids (1000-2000 mg per serving). Drinking twice a day.
So i really feel like i'm doing everything possible: collagen (all the L - aminos), probiotic, gut friendly diet (though it's possible to go deeper in this dept), fermented foods.
I guess that's all I can do (and maybe quit abx all together). Other than that just give it time.
