Oh I'm so glad! Either the book or her website she has several ideas for other things to add for the second ferment. One I did try was lemon and it was really good, too. Almost like a lemon chiffon type of flavor. I thought it would make a good fruit dip with a little bit of stevia for sweetness. Chives would be wonderful to try.
