Reading test for cos

So my cos came back negative for all except EBV, but my LLMD never mentioned it. My primary took a look at it and didn't say anything ,
So maybe I'm not reading it correctly? Any input would be helpful:

It's says EBV Antibody to Viral Capsid Antigen IgG range 0.0-21.9. I am at 358.0U/mL

EBV Antibody to nuclear antigen IgG range 0.0-21.9. For this I am at 124 U/mL

EBV Antibody to Early (D) Antigen <5.0 range 0.0-10.9.


Since none of the doctors explained it to me, I was wondering if anyone on here could help.

What am I paying (out of pocket) for these people to do? Why do I find my self asking an LLMD to go over blood work with me that he order. Oh boy. The same doctor, who some people on her swear by, so I won't bash him to much, told me I had a coinfection that he was treating me for, but I had to call back to find out which one. I was so caught up in my head and ushered out of the office I didn't think to ask. But also feel like I shouldn't have to when I'm
Shelling out hundreds of dollars for a 10 minute visit. Ok,

I tested negative on the co's too (from Quest). Haven't bothered requesting from IgeneX yet due to cost vs reliability of testing. I also had high IGG titers on my EBV. Dr said as long as the IGM was negative, not to worry too much. As cd3764 said, the EBV tests are quite accurate. My Dr said almost everyone has IGG positive for EBV, and Lyme sometimes just makes your body show more of those older IGG antibodies (but doesn't mean you're currently infected.)

So the question is what do we do about EBV results?

Mine lite up like a christmas tree and definitely was for a current infection. Is there anything we can do about it? I don't have an LLMD right now so I wondered what others did.
