Blood letting kit on internet?

Has anyone found a "blood letting kit" that is available on the internet? I've looked but I haven't been able to find one.

I just need something similar to what the red cross uses to take blood. I'd like to start draining blood every week to see if I might be able to speed up the recovery time.

I've found kits but you need to be a registered doctor. I'm sure there must be some sort of a kit available through a different country. I just haven't been able to find one.

Nevermind. Found one on ebay.
