Hi,
Yes, I agree with the Melatonin. I take 1mg Melatonin every night about 30 minutes before I get in the bed. If I didn't take that I don't think I would be able to sleep at all. I take the KAL Melatonin 1mg or you can get a 1/2 dose lower with Pure Encapsulations 0.5 mg. I'm very sensitive to ingredients and the KAL Melatonin doesn't bother me. It's a very tiny pill, so it goes down really easy. The Epsom salt baths would probably help also. I've noticed that everybody has different symptoms with Lymes Disease. I have this persistent aching, sharp pains at times in my abdomen, but after several tests, no one knows what's causing it. You can't always assume it's Lymes. Sometimes the Lymes Disease can cause something else that needs a different type of treatment. It's just like if I have an Ulcer, I have to be treated for an Ulcer, the Lymes is probably what caused it, but it's a different illness.
