I do Tox Ease GL and have since last September. I started at 1 drop, 1 time a day. Slowly I went up to 1 drop, 3 times a day. Finally I was at 2 droppers full 3 times a day. Now I am doing better and I only do 2 droppers full 2 times a day.
I started out with MC-BB1 and I started out very low (1 drop, one time a day) and then slowly moved up. I think it was after about
a month of being on it 2 droppers full, 3 times a day I moved on to MC-BB2 and slowly moved up on it.
After I got MC-BB1 and Tox Ease GL going fine I also added in Buhner's herbs. I think the Tox Ease kept me from herxing on the Buhner herbs that I also added one by one and low and slow.
My blood pressure has been all over the place but with treatment it is all settled now. Some days I was very high with a low pulse and vice versa. There was absolutely no rhyme or reason. It was just like my aches and pains. I could not find rhyme or reason for them either. I just chalked it all up to stupid lyme and its erratic symptoms. I am just so glad they are gone.
Sorry you are having trouble. I absolutely love the BB products.
Oh and by the way, even though I was taking a detox herb combo (Tox Ease GL) I still did a heck of a lot of other detox methods. I have always done lemon water or apple cider vinegar water. I love Kombucha, I love dry brushing and Benadryl in the evening my body loves. I love Kale and cabbage. I did light exercise, Chlorella, parsley (I did fresh at my meals), epsom salt foot soaks, Red Root, lymph massages, and gosh I probably am leaving a lot out.
Detox is so very important and doctors just do not stress this enough, if they even mention it at all, I am surprised!
Hope this is helpful. I would detox more and ease up on the herbs and go up even slower.
I forgot to mention that my LLMD's wife and he both had lyme. She could not take antibiotics and she healed with Beyond Balance.
