I just got my results back from Igenex. It is very obvious that I do have Lyme disease.

IgM is igenex and CDC positive.

23-25 +
30 +
31 +
39 IND
41 +++
83-93 IND

IgG is negative.
31 IND
39 IND
41+

What is the difference in IgM and IgG? My head is spinning. I knew there had to be a reason as to why my world crashed about 2 years ago. I hate that I have this but glad to know why I've been feeling so bad. So what do I do now?

IGM-current infection. IGG-chronic.

It does make your head spin, literally! But at least you know now. Have you found a doctor (LLMD) yet?

IgM - active infection
IgG - older infection, but can still indicate active infection.

I'm from Louisiana and I've found a llmd that isn't taking new patients. He gave me a recommendation of another doctor. I called the other Doctor but they are closed for the weekend and I have to call Monday. I also found a wellness center that says on their website they specialize in Lyme, Thyroid and Adrenals. I'm a little skeptical because where I'm from Lyme isn't really known. I'm not sure what route to take :(

So by looking at my results can you tell how long I've had it?

No, the test results don't indicate length of time you've had it.
