Welcome to the Lyme forum!
So sorry you found the need to join us but glad you're working with a lyme specialist.
Have you had your thyroid checked at any time? An out-of-whack thyroid can also cause the issues you have and Lyme is famous for messing with the thyroid.
The right tests to evaluate thyroid function are the Free T4 (T4 or thyroxine, free, direct) and Free T3 (tri-iodothyronine, free, serum).
Healthy people have certain types of Free T4/T3 levels - not just any level within the normal range. If you post your thyroid results here, I'll show you how to interpret them. (I'm an almost 10-yr thyroid patient who had to educate herself to get the proper care....thyroid mismanagement is rampant).
And, while I'm happy to hear you're taking some supplements to help with detox, it's really good to incorporate more detoxing methods. You see, our symptoms are caused by the inflammation the bugs cause and the inflammation worsens significantly during treatment (ala dead bug parts).
The more you can do to get those toxins out, the better you will feel.
Here's a link to a site that explains why we need to detox and also shares quite the comprehensive list of detoxing methods:
www.tiredoflyme.com/detox-methods.htmlAnd, here's a link to a recent thread wherein members shared what they are doing for detoxing:
www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=3602759As you can see, I've done over 20 things for detoxing....and I can tell you that using all of those methods took no more than 5-10 minutes out of my day.
Hope you feel better soon!!
