Where do you buy your Japanese Knotweed and do you buy the tincture form?

Patty I get my tincture from Amazon. Always check and make sure the herb is correct. It is Polygonum Cuspidatum or Hu Zhang. It is a better price to get the larger bottle so I get the 4 ounce bottle from HawaiiPharm.

It is $29 and change and then it is $3.95 for shipping but sometimes I find it is on Prime and there is no shipping. I can't figure that out.

I bought mine from Green Dragon. It costs $24.00 for a bottle of 100. There's a 10% discount when you buy ten and a 20% discount when you buy 20. I just bought 20. Shipping was $11.

I take Resvereage Resveratrol 500 MG 2X per day. They are capsules which I usually order from Amazon. Whole Foods carries it too, but it is much more expensive there. It also contains grape extracts and quercetin. I have cleared this with my allergist and rheumatologist. I always feel reduced joint pain (versus not taking it) as long as I take it daily. I am the kind of person that often gets weird side effects and allergic reactions, but knock wood, this has been excellent.
