I happen to prefer to start one herb at a time as you do, but I "jumped off a cliff" (& held my breath!) when I started a protocol for treating Lyme that included 11 herbs! LOL! It hit hard and I started at low doses, but with concentrated efforts on helping my body to detox, I got through it.
I believe since you are sensitive to these remedies, you should be doing a LOT more detoxing. The more detox pathways
open and working well, the less serious your herx will be. If you choose to use a binder, like bentonite or activated charcoal, you need to keep them 2 hours away from everything. They bind to food, nutrients, meds, and herbs and will usher them out of your body instead of binding to the toxins.
Here is a really good list of detoxing routines that other Lyme patients have found to be very helpful:

If you choose to try the MC-BAR, I would do as PeteZa suggested and start with just one drop, or even only 1/2 of a drop (mix one drop in 1 ounce of water and drink half) to judge your reaction. They are a good product and work for some, but like all things with these infections, what works for one doesn't work for another.
A word about
your Lyme tests though, watch for Lyme symptoms still. Since you have confirmed Bart and Babs, you could easily have Lyme. The testing is so poor and they only test for 2 out of 100 that cause human illnesses - it could have been easily missed with the testing.
