Herx from Olive Leaf Extract?

I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and my tests for co-infections are coming in two days. I have been a regime consisting of Magnesium citrate, B-complex, milk thistle for the antibiotic (Acticlate), L-lysine, Probiotic, Ribonucleic Acid, Okra Pepsin E3, sporadic usage of Silver hydrosol, Royal jelly and Lemon balm due to high concentrations of Rosmarinic acid, which is said to reduce quinolinic acid in the brain.

I decided to add in Gaia Olive Leaf Extract. I took three capsules yesterday and I first started to experience pain and cramping in my lower abdomen, then came the terrible lower back and joint pain all over my body, headache, and extremely stiff neck. I felt very "flu-ish." Could this be a herxheimer's reaction. To be honest, since starting my antibiotic I had not herxed until taking the olive leaf.

Thanks, appreciate the quick response. Do herx's exist to this extent though? There's much debate on them so I'm weary on if olive leaf is causing other problems. it definitely is the olive leaf though that is causing severe joint pain.

ONE LAST QUESTION: I have burning ski and my skin hurts to touch. Very sensitive! I'm wondering if this is another symptom of Lyme or its co-infections? The areas that hurt to touch also have broken capillaries or spider like veins which I've never had before.

The burning skin is from lyme and co's.
Burning,sore skin to touch is a symptom of peripheral neuropathy. (It's not just numbness and tingling)

I have more spider veins too...just overnight...bam!

So most likely the Lyme and its co-infections have penetrated my central nervous system. The odd thing is I have to be diagnosed with P. Neuropathy and my insurance will then cover a lot of my Lyme treatment.

I get numbness and tingling on chest and third cranial nerve on top of head but the slightly burning skin, spider veins and sensitivity of my skin is what really annoys me.
