I was super sensitive to it all as well because I was so full of toxins. Everything I tried has serious consequences. I learned to take it super slow, and what removes toxins and what releases toxins - it's important to know that when you are very sensitive to it all.
Dry skin brushing. I couldn't have anything touch my skin because it was so hyper sensitive, not even a sheet to sleep under, or clothes. I had to start out with a wet wash cloth, and work my way up to more and more 'abrasive' means of skin brushing.
Oil pulling is a good one as well - use only a teaspoon to start with, and be sure to swish for as long as you can, building up to 10 minutes if you can.
Apple cider vinegar, but go easy with this one, as it will help detox your entire body. Start off with just 1/2 - 1 tsp in a cup of water once a day.
Do you know if you are allergic to rag weed? I am and I can't tolerate milk thistle, even when I'm not infected with Lyme and company.
Activated charcoal, but you will have to keep it at least 2 hours away from anything you want your body to absorb - food, meds, herbs anything - or it will bind to it and usher it out of the body. When taken 2 hours away from everything else with a large glass of water, it binds to the toxins and removes them safely. Hospitals still use activated charcoal for overdoses in some things because it's so effective.
Be sure that your bowels move daily. This is very important as it's one of the ways the body uses to get rid of toxins, same with urinating. Don't "hold it" - that allows the toxins time to reabsorb back into the body.
Eat healthy - less toxins in means less toxins for the body to remove.
Don't start all these things at once though, add in one and wait 3 - 5 days to make sure that your body can tolerate them. Then add in another one, wait for 3 - 5 days and so on.
One step at a time and you'll make it!
