I believe a lot of symptoms along those lines are actually from anemia. Anemia can be caused by a lot of things, but more severely from blood parasites such as Babesia. Although, the way I understand it, any chronic infection can cause anemia. Have you ever been tested for Anemia, iron or otherwise? Also, by any chance do you have symptoms of Raynaud's (hands or feet that react severely to the cold, pale fingers with normal colored hands)?
I only asked about the Raynaud's because a lot of clinical studies are finding common cases with Raynaud's and Bart.
I have never been tested for anemia or iron levels. I do however, get a significant amount of iron through my diet. Yeah, I've also read that Lyme, Bart and Babesia can cause anemia. And to your question about
Raynaud's, my feet and hands can get extremely red and sometimes cold purple, especially my feet. Like they will be faintly purple and cold even in warm temperatures. This is always accompanied with excessive sweating.
