CMD update

I think I am making progress with this new CMD, but she doesn't understand lyme, and I am wondering if I should be sending info. to educate her, or if I should gracefully let go. She told me not to worry about low body temperature, told me to ask my GP to check my calcium and magnesium levels (for muscle cramping), and to be screened for arthritis... all lyme symptoms. I just don't understand how more screening for other things will help when the focus should just be on treatment. I filled out Dr. Z's online form and am going to schedule a free consult with him. I am thinking of just focusing on the Buhner protocol. Should I attempt to educate her? Or just let it go.

I was thinking the same as Girlie. Many doctors do not take it well when we try and educate them. Tread carefully.
