I got bounced from another forum for posting this, because it seems some people are less interested in curing, treating or dealing with their disease and more focused on their continued suffering. So I will try it here. This is a link to a live, free seminar about lyme disease from a leading internationally respected hospital. It costs nothing to sign up, no one is selling anything and you are free to ask questions. If you do some searching they are willing to do a consult with your present health care provider at no cost. Personally I'm on a mission to spend as much time as I can to do every thing in my power to get better and less complaining to the cyber world message boards that "my hair hurts today does your?" That just isn't the path I need to travel.

Hi Navigator,
While we encourage members to post about upcoming seminars so we can learn more, personally, I still have a lot of questions about their stance on chronic Lyme - they were in the 'deniers' group, so I'm not easily convinced that they have truly changed yet.

And as for sitting around asking if our hair hurts, you have no reason to be rude about this. Although I too am one that finds helping others much more helpful to helping myself, not everyone can do this, or feels this way. You obviously have not had as hard of a time as some of our members, and you have no clue what the rest of the members are going through, so please, in the future, refrain from assuming that we are only engaging in small complaints and things that just don't matter to you. I talk daily with members that deal with a potential anaphylaxis event daily. Believe me, they are not worried about their hair hurting.

As for the rest of the members, the ones that don't deal with a potential anaphylaxis event daily - well they are just amazed and relieved that they have found others with the same symptoms and may be really nervous about treating for an infection that they haven't tested positive for, or any other number of very highly valid reasons as well. Many of us here have never been this sick in our entire lives - for me, it's been my entire life that I've been ill.

Please review the rules before posting again - and this has nothing to do with the link you shared.
