Looking for pediatric LLMD near Los Angeles

My daughter is 9 and has been struggling since September, 2015. She had a diagnosis of systemic lupus very briefly but that was refuted by the doctors at CHLA. She went off her medication (was on it for just 9 weeks) and was given a new dx of somatoform disorder (psychological). Please see my other post for more details ("9-year-old daughter..."). We live in Santa Clarita, CA.
At the very least I would like to rule out Lyme Disease. It's so hard for me to believe that an "underlying psychological conflict" is causing all of her problems. She was a completely typical, active kid who loved school until September.
But we're treating it by seeing a psychologist and trying not to pay too much attention to the symptoms (as directed by the doctors).
A few people had mentioned Lyme Disease to me but her test was negative. After doing more research though I found that there is often a false negative so I would like to follow-up. We switched pediatricians through this whole ordeal and the new one is at last willing to monitor her every few months by doing lab work but I think that's just to appease me. I have been told to stop paying attention to her symptoms (which is so hard when she's crying or saying "I'm dead" because she's so tired and her legs hurt). :(
It's so hard to know what the "right thing" to do is. It's exhausting and heart-breaking.

Hi guys, could this be bumped back to the top? I did not get a lot of info. from my ILADS referral but I will use it if I can't get any more information. I tried the 3 searches as well on the International lyme website and it said it would email me the provider information but I never got it. It was foolish of me because the provider names came up and I saw them but as soon as I clicked OK for the email to be sent it vanished and then I never received the emails. I sent a message to tech-support but I know they are all volunteers so I don't know how fast they can get back to me. Now I can't check again for 30 days and I am pretty antsy to get the ball rolling ASAP.
If anybody can email me the name and contact information for an LL M.D. or LL N.D. -preferably a pediatrician- I would greatly appreciate it. I am willing to travel anywhere in California and, if necessary, the nearby states. I would prefer one that takes insurance but I'll take what I can get as long as he/she is good!

So I have called two LL M.D.'s in my area – the first one wanted $325 for an initial visit and the second one wanted $650 for initial visit (but was offering a sale price of $450 due to Lyme disease awareness month). Are these pretty standard prices and variations for the LA area?

My initial visit was $350 if I remember correctly.

I think $650 is a bit high.
