LOL! You sound just like me
I heard a phrase that "when you are a hammer, everything looks like a nail to you". This is my case as well. I look for signs in friends, co-workers and people around me to see how many signs I see that they may have lyme. I am such a boring person in gatherings.
I am also guilty of having emailed the Burrascano list of symptoms to some of my friends to see how many symptoms they have.
As for you, they should be glad that they have someone like you looking out for them. As you know, not many people (including doctors) know about
Lyme and company and if these people don't have Lyme, they may have some sort of infection that you are recognizing.
BTW, I have seen many people with thyroid issues and they have many of the symptoms of Lyme. Keep this in mind when you make a "diagnosis". Lyme affects so many organs and internal systems that if they only show some signs of the Lyme disease, it could be something affecting only a specific organ (hypo/hyperthyroidism, diabetes, neuropathy, Alzheimer's, etc).
