Since you bought the plasma system I'd probably start with using plasma only. The wavelength is just determined by the frequency you run. For example 10,000 hz is a detox frequency that might be good to test the system with.

When using Spooky Central you are more constrained in what kind of waveform to run as it requires a 5V amplitude square wave with a 50% duty cycle (how much the signal is on or "up" each cycle). Using one of the Spooky Central presets will set all this automatically.

The Rifing Lyme Facebook group files section has a good beginners guide that is similar to what I followed. It specifies good frequencies to run and for how long.

The moderator of the group itself is biased towards the GB4000 and is anti-Spooky though. Unfortunately he doesn't fully understand the Spooky system and seems to believe it only operates in remote mode.

Remote mode is generally not considered real Rifing by many in the Rife community. This is a valid concern as Remote mode is very new and operates on different principles. However as you know Spooky also has the traditional contact and now plasma modes, and is very much a real Rife machine.

If you are able to at least pretend to kneel before the GB4000 god they will admit you to the group and the information in the files section there is really quite good. The information all originally came from the Rife megathread on the Lymenet Flash forum, mostly pioneered by Doug Bergy.

The Facebook group has condensed the info and it makes things a lot easier than reading through a 65 page thread.

People just get super emotionally invested in these machines, similar to most Lyme treatments. I would be surprised if you could find any GB4000 user that has actually tried Spooky.

There is a bit of a cargo cult mentality to all Lyme treatments. Anyone who actually manages to get better becomes a minor prophet and naturally they champion what they have personally used.

I wish there was a bit more objectivity but until there is funding for large scale clinical trials I think we have to make do with the current subjective reports from people.

The GB4000 does have a good track record and it is a solid device. However from what I've read it appears that it's really the frequencies that are doing the job of killing the bacteria. I think using the right frequencies is much more important than the particular machine used to transmit them.

If a machine can make you herx from a particular frequency then it's working. In the end Lyme recovery is a brutal painful slog no matter how you go about it. Each of the bacteria you kill exacts a toll on the body and I don't think there is any shortcut to this.

Rife seems to be much more powerful than pretty much any other Borrelia killing agent available. I would never have guessed that there was so much Borrelia left in my system at the point that I started Rife. A lot of it was still in my brain and the neuroherxes for the first 8 months of Rifing were brutal. I now think that many Lyme treatment modalities don't even come close to fully clearing out the Borrelia.

Rife is actually a good diagnostic tool in that if you run 2016hz and don't herx you probably don't have the North American Borrelia strain in your system. I wouldn't be surprised if many people who do not herx anymore from other treatments would herx quite hard again if they started Rifing.

The contact mode on the central system runs only at 100hz so it relies on the plasma tube to deliver the specific frequencies.

To be honest I haven't actually tried using the contact mode on the Central system yet.

There is also still contact mode by connecting to the Spooky2 frequency generator itself without using the Central system. This is what I used for the first 6 months. It delivers the specific frequency, albeit at a much lower power level.
