Not to joke, but your list of issues is as bad as mine was on and off when first starting treatment! What the heck doesn't this disease touch, anyway? Wow.

I think that if you feel comfortable with this practitioner, you should give it a try and see what happens. I believe that we're drawn to the things that can help us. It also sounds like you've got a really good place to start as you've identified most of the things that are hindering your healing. This is good!

It's a long, strange battle, but keep the faith. You'll have times when you think you were doing really well and then find out something or other is failing or struggling again, but keep up with your therapies and eventually things start evening out and getting better.

So did she tell you what foods to avoid and how to best detox those metals out? And did she see that you have lyme disease?

Oh yes, I'm way better! Not back to normal yet, but getting there. I have good weeks and bad weeks still and bart kicks my @ss from time to time, especially when I get stressed and my life can be very stressful due to family issues.

You can do this. There will be times that you think you can't but push through it, ok? I got "heats" quite often before and during the first part of my treatment too. Not sweats, but where the thermostat of my body got turned WAY up and you could actually feel the heat coming off of me. It was wild. One morning I got out of bed and went the bathroom and got my coffee and came back to make the bed - it had probably been 15 or more minutes that I'd been out of bed - well, when I touched my pillow it was like it was on fire! The whole bed was burning up from the heat of my body and I was dumbfounded by it. I figure that was my body's way of killing the bugs as bart doesn't like heat at all. I still get them but not as intensely as back then and only usually at night now, not during the day.

I'm a doer, an outward focused, project oriented person by nature. It took a bit and I did learn to listen to my inner self, to my body and what it needed. It just took a while and some patience.

I'm guessing I've had Lyme since probably 1998-2001? I try to remember when I started getting migraines, food allergies, weigh gain, exhaustion, etc. and it was around that time. I was running an animal shelter and my days were very long and physical so at the time I thought nothing of any of it. It was a busy, physically and emotionally demanding job so I just figured I was tired, worked too hard, was out in the sun too much, etc. I got infected at work October 2014 by a spider bite with bartonella. The darn spider must have crawled up my pants leg and bit me on my thigh twice before I could get it off me....things went down hill quickly from there. I had been sick for about 1-2 years at that point with what we thought was leaky gut and adrenal fatigue (life had not been kind to me previous to that and my stress levels were off the chart). Lyme and Bartonella ganged up on me big time!

I clearly remember the spider bite but never, ever, ever remember being bitten by a tick although I handled a lot of tick ridden dogs and also dogs with Erlichiosis and must have somehow gotten infected through the dogs somehow.

So, yeah, I've had Lyme for a long time but it didn't really start getting to me until my life collapsed and then it really got me good when Bartonella entered the picture! LOL

Looking back, I see the signs from Lyme going way back, but at the time just brushed it off as "life". Oh well, it is what it is. My body kept it pretty much in check until things got crazy and the bart showed up. If I can do it once, I can do it again. I'm sure there will be lingering issues throughout my life, but I'm looking forward to getting back to the health level I was at a few years ago. I'm ok with that!

I am going to do herbs and biomagnetic treatment and maybe the photon genie and rife eventually. I tried some doxy a couple of weeks ago and I missed a whole week of work...my body was on fire hot and tingly so bad I had to use ice packs.....so I think I am just too overloaded with toxins right now to be killing things off....the lady I am going to uses the Asyra test...and although I am sure it probably isn't a 100% accurate and I will get it done every 4 to 6 weeks to check my progress....I have got more information out of that one test than aall the 1000s I have spent on other tests. So I know there is something to it...I found out I have a problem with sulfur foods...which some I could tell like chocolate...and ACV but the others I had been eating in excess....I can't read my body right now as everything does not work the way it used to or feel the way it used to. My gut is a mess and I am going to try and do it w/out abts if I can after the doxy experience...at least get some of these toxins out of my body before I do them .....I just can't do everything at once and I can't do it alone..I tried and got sicker....I have had a few good days since I have been doing the biomagnetic treatments...so that is a good thing..I only seem to have the bad flared up days when I smoke...so I am done...I don't care if I have to claw my eyeballs out...LOL...I want to live and I choose my life and my family over them.....I think my body was kept in check to until the bartnella showed up....I had aches and pains...but nothing I couldn't deal with....and after a root canal...and an abscess all hell broke loose.....anyway....I will get better....I have too much to live for...I know the girl with the biomagnetics tested me the other day and I have ebv, Gillian barr, anoplasmosis (sp) bartnella, babesia, heavy metals, candida, the others I mentioned and I can't remember what else..it was a list though...the first visit she killed off a couple of those and they aren't showing up anymore..but it released too many toxins in my body and I was out of work for a week again and had those hot and tingles so we have to go slow......I don't function too well..but I am blessed right now to still function enough to have a job and drive. My muscles are wasting too..but I think that had to do with what all this bacteria does and the minerals and nutrients it steals on top of what I am not absorbing...


but the first order of business if I understand this lady right we are going to support my organs...get me detoxing...and get rid of some heavy metals....which in doing that will get rid of some of the other stuff because they do feed off of heavy metall...I don't understand it all...I have to trust someone and she has worked with Lyme a lot....so....I have been to so many people who have hurt me but at least she is looking at the Asyra test and it does supposedly tell her what my body needs....I feel like heavy metals is the root of all of my problems....due to all the vaccines I have had...the 10 mercury feelings....and the genetic stuff I have going on where I can't detox well.....But I will get better I am determined.

I also have been killing things off doing a parmed mat (PEMF) and didn't know it..I was going to a natural doctor who told me he was repairing my cells and I kept getting worse and worse....and didn't know why until I figure out that puts oxygen in your body just like a hyperbaric oxygen tx does and it kills things off..I also was taking hot baths and killing things off and I didn't know that either..this lady and her daughter I am working with now...knows all of that and about detoxing...so I am hoping I finally found the right people to work with and travelor on her is great too.....she has helped so much....So I have so many toxing running around I gotta get them under control....

Before I go killing off too much ..I have to be detoxing properly or it can hurt me if I understand right.

There are others that say they were infected through a spider bit as well - something to consider.

As for "throwing the book at it" - that's not a good approach for everyone. It will make some much too ill, and possibly create life threatening herxes. The slow and easy approach works for most and is the best option to try first for most people.

And yes, the body can only deal with so many toxins, then it begins to have it's own issues just due to that. You can look up cytokine cascade to read more on this.

I was standing behind my mom showing her something on the computer one day while I was having one of these heat spells. She turns around and looks incredulously at me and says, "Is that heat coming off of you??"! She told me it felt like she had a space heater pointed at her back and shoulders! '

No wonder my brain doesn't function some days - the little sucker is fried!
