You probably have "something" going on.
The best LLMDs will probably disagree about
what these tests do and don't indicate. Even an analysis across your treatment period might differ from someone else's regardless of how successful your treatment is. It's logical to assume a baseline analysis is useful info across your treatment--but even this is debatable.
My CD57 was 37 when I started treatment 2 yrs ago, went up to 47 a year later and is now 57. That's still pretty darn low but I'm also still maybe only halfway through treatment so maybe it is accurate. My C4a was over 300 and now it's "normal" and I think it's accurate since I feel less "inflamed". But someone else would have different results. I just don't think they know enough about
lyme or the immune system, or what these tests imply.
However, I do think they are useful in getting insurance to cover treatment because the medical industry is using them to measure x, y or z. I know LLMDs are using them to get lyme treatment coverage (and I think it's also mentioned in the article below).
