2nd day in on Ceftin and...

...im actually feeling better. How can this be? Fluke? Or can it start working that fast? If so, what does it mean, if anything? Knock on wood but, if the Biaxin and Bactrim go the way this is, I think there will be light at the end of the tunnel! Gotta be a fluke. Im gonna feel like crap tomorrow aint I?

Do you keep a daily sx log book? it's nice to see some symptoms show improvement circle the day!

I also mark down my med changes in another row so I can see any patterns.

Trader never question good! Rejoice and don't overdo it just because you feel well or you will pay dearly the next day.

I know this from experience at doing that a lot!

Thanks! Yes I keep a journal. Im surprised today was basically uneventful. The only thing "bad" today was just a bit ago. Happens every day right before supper. Ill sit down to relax and no matter what I do I am out! I fall asleel for minimum of 2 hours. I still say its my thyroid, but the numbers were still good. I never read where that could be Lyme or bart. Other than that though, I actually had more energy today, less bloat, hardly any pain. I couldnt believe it! Ill definitely take it easy. I want whatever is happening to last!

Think maybe I spoke too soon. :( Feel like I got the flu. Headache behind the eyes, right nostril feels clogged, neck and shoulder muscles stiff and ache, no diarrhea but some queezy feeling in lower abdomen. Not sure if im coming down with something or its the Ceftin. Never took Ceftin before but I never felt like this off an antibiotic. Hope whatever it is passes quick. This blows!

I have been pulsing Ceftin 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off since late February or so. First with Cipro and Plaq full time, and next with Bactrim pulsed on same cycle, and Alina full time replacing Cipro/Palq. This is my first round with Ceftin (2nd gen), but I took a lot of Omnicef (3rd Gen) years ago.

It's been a rollercoaster with the first week of ON and the last week of OFF being worse.

Hang in there.... Med changes are meant to mix things up.

Thanks. If this is a herx, I dont know whats gonna happen when I introduce Biaxin tomorrow. Could be a lot worse. I have acv, alka seltzer gold, and epsom salts here. Might start taking an epsom bath today and continue until at least my next appointment next month. Not sure how the other two will help, but ill add them here and there, see what results I have.
