Different herbs WILL affect different people differently - we aren't completely sure of why- other than allergic reactions, which do happen from time to time.
The 'killing' herbs are just as important as the support herbs. You will often see us talking about
the different 'core' herbs, as it's important to use all the core herbs, as they have a certain synergy about
them - they actually help the other herbs in the core protocol to be more effective.
Supportive herbs are just as important though, because without the support, you can experience harder herxing, and it can take longer to get through treatments if the body isn't supported properly due to toxin loads rising and not enough detoxing taking place - so do be sure to do enough detoxing routines to stay ahead of the toxins.
Buhner has core protocols for each of the main infections - or the top 3, as we say at times - Lyme, Bart, and Babs. Many of the other infections that people have can be healed by using just those 3 protocols. This also happens with pharma abx frequently.
CSA stands for Buhners Sida acuta/ Cryptolepis/ Alchornea cordifolia blend for Babesia. As you may know, we encourage people to start off using the single herbs so that you don't overload the body with toxins (herx hard), but once up to full doses, it's much easier to just take one tincture/pill that has all 3 herbs in it. It gives us something to look forward to (
) - less to take! LOL!
