The 4/3 grams of C and salt was meant to be taken 3 - 4 times a day, so.. 16 and 12 grams, which about
lines up with my weight. Still doesn't seem like a lot.
I guess I probably eat more than I should though, yeah. It doesn't really seem like it though. It's not overpowering on the food or anything like that. I know what too much salt tastes like. Food ruined.
1.5 grams seems like nothing for the whole day.
Yeah, I don't get what the heck the people were thinking, Girlie. lol
