What's the difference between the CNS/PNS NEURO-ANTITOX II (Dr. Jernigan) and the Pinella? Is it recommended to start with a few drops of this before taking recommended dosage of 20 drops?

Wish I could help you Krimpet. Hopefully someone will come along with some experience with this. Me, I would always start slow on anything I did, just to be safe.

I don't know the difference either...and I've wondered about it, too.

I took the full dose of Pinella right away (along with burbur)

Maybe with Dr. Jernigan's you need to start slowly.
