I haven't used Monastery of Herbs.

I honestly have not heard of Monastery Herbs. Hopefully someone who has will be a long soon.

I have them for EBV and HHV6. I began taking them but stopped. Will probably resume in the future after speaking with my doctor. Currently I'm just trying to get a protocol going that agrees with my body.

Don't you have to get these from the doctor? I vaguely remember someone talking about them and they could only buy them through their doc.... I could be wrong with lyme brain though.

Honestly I'm not sure. I was doing so many different things. What I really want to do once I get the Buhner books is look to see if any of those herbs in the ingredients list appear in his book and his views.

My herbs and I aren't really the religious sort. We usually just sit together over a cup of tea.
