Do you have a glucose monitor at home?
Maybe your blood sugar was in range when you happened to test for diabetes.
It does sound like it could be low blood sugar, if it's remedied when you eat.
Here in Canada we can get a glucose monitor for free...we just have to buy the 'strips' to test with.
It's nice to be able to monitor our sugars at home.
Well this is "Merica" where the healthcare system is a for profit conglomerate, they don't give people anything for free, especially if it's something that actually prevents even greater health complications. There's no money in prevention. But anywho, I can on forever with that topic.
Yes I do feel better after I eat. And I do feel better when I eat some sugar. However, I think the human body needs sugar (in healthy way like fruit). I think that's where anti-candida diet and paleo falls short. You can't literally remove 100% sugar, the body needs some.
Is it possible to feel this way and NOT have diabetes. I don't think it's that black and white.
