Are you taking Japanese Knotweed? That taken over a course of time sure got rid of my ear, eye and head aches.
But, then some of my ear, head and neck aches I totally related to lymph backup. I was hurting so much that I did very little. Our lymph system has no pump and it is activated by movement. Jumping, swinging our arms or self massage.
I was so hurting I could not do any of those at first. I tried Red Root and it seemed to work but slowly. And then I did self massage -- oh my goodness. That was the ticket and it can be done anywhere, anytime.
I do not recommend doing it the 50 times as she suggests. But try a few and work up.
