My LLMD hasn't talked much about detoxing though he did recommend Pekana Detox Kit with the 3 bottles which I was doing for a while. Would like to take a pill form to add to the 487 other pills I take 2x a day. Any suggestions? I have Thorne Liver Detox pills but never took them.

Are you taking Curcumin? It's good for inflammation.

Thanks Deni I've seen that list looking more specifically for stuff like Thorne's Liver Detox, Milk Thistle or TUDCA (bile salt). Want to get the organ detox support solution in place.

P can you expound on the beyond balance tox ease. They don't let you get details about their products on their website unless you are a doctor.

Detox is the process of giving your body lots of vitamins and minerals so it can deal with the toxins in your body. When I was detoxing I was taking many supplements but the one I though was most important was vitamin C. I was taking 1 gram with each meal so it was 3 grams a day. MSM is very important for detox. These vitamins and minerals necessary for detox are found in the fruits and vegetables. Make sure you are getting lots of green leafy vegetables.

You can't even order from Beyond Balance unless you have your doctor's code number. Most doctors order them for their patients.

You can call Beyond Balance and ask them to refer you to a doctor that uses Beyond Balance products and go that route.
