Avocado, cheese, dark chocolate, eggs (the whole egg), fish like salmon, trout, mackerel, sardines and herring - they are fatty, nuts, chia seeds, Extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil, and full fat yogurt.
I do avocado with cilantro and some lime - bingo on fats and detox all in one!
