Are you able to do some light exercise? Even stretching or a short walk would be helpful.
Also - are you on probiotics?
I think making smoothies would be better than juicing IMO. I think the fibre shouldn't be wasted...and when you juice...you leave most of the fiber behind.
Girlie it depends on the type of juicer. There are some that retain all of the nutrients of your veggies and fruit.Oh really? I did not know there were juicers like that ...so if it has everything, how is it different from just blending it all together?
