I hated to start a whole new thread about
this, but didn't want to hijack someone else's thread when I saw you commented on you having your skin feel like it was on fire when you first did dry skin brushing, and you're supposed to do it in gentle circles.
I had a "WHAT?" moment, because I'd been complaining all last week about
feeling like I was burning up on the inside, not like fever burning, like it was on the underside of my skin everywhere(outside skin didn't feel hot to touch).
Yep, I'd been doing some regular skin brushing, but because it felt so good (I'm an itchy kind of person) I didn't do it gently, and I didn't do it in circular motions. I found making circles physically uncomfortable for my hands so didn't think it mattered.
I learn so much here, and I need to pay attention to details, they always prove to be important.
I can't help but wonder what does that, to give you that burning feeling. I thought of all kinds of torturous comparatives, like having kerosene poured into you, or acid.
