Energy enough to start up my gym membership again - so I can have access to the sauna - in hopes of getting my body temperature up more often.

Now considering oxygenating the blood more.

The lyme bacteria apparently doesn't like oxygen?

It is gram negative ...so they think...it is also intercellular. ..some can heal with hbot ozone but idk...i think it works if you have catalase to process it

Wish there was an easy way to oxygenate the blood.

Dont want to do the pressure chamber thing.

The whole do / dont exercise controversy seems like hog-wash. You get oxy into your muscle fiber /cells that way..

A body in motion stays in motion. Resting is good. Chronic resting cant be.

I feel very uplifted the day following exercise, and sleep better if its not over-done, but my muscles still hurt (thats a continuous project).

Hmm...IV ozone, not talked about on this forum that I remember.

From an LLMD? Is there a certain "program" to follow for these infections.

Or was this from an "Aids Dr" ? - looks like they do this.

astroman it's actually been talked about a lot on the forum. You can do a search and see that there are posts going back years regarding IV ozone.

I've gone to two different ND's for ozone (both are booked solid with Lyme patients). I switched because of cost. It definitely has helped get the disease out of my heart and it's helping get it out of my brain. I feel like crap a few hours after the treatment and the following day.

It was also mentioned in the online summit in April as a great tool. Like many treatments it's pricey. You can opt for a home unit and do rectal insuffilation. It's my understanding that the best resource for that is Longevity Resources in British Columbia. You only need the base unit and the supplies.

Yes, IV ozone can be very beneficial. I did 5 weeks, 1st week, 5 days a week, 2-5 weeks, 2-3x a week. It really did help with my fatigue. I found though that it made me feel great right after, then not so great by the evening. I needed a day or 2 in between to detox what it was killing off.

Here is an interesting thing. I know it says, it works on Candida, but I've got to tell you. I know several persons getting the IV ozone whose Candida continued to be out of control so they had to add in supplements. I also noticed some changes in my gut flora when I was doing the IV's. I really had to up the fermented veggies. So for me, there were great pluses and some minuses.

But as with everything, we are all different.
