Experience with 23andme?

Hi all,

has someone experience with 23andme? It looks like they're testing many gene variations from saliva at less cost. It's not directly linked to Lyme, but you will (probably) get knowledge about your individual detoxing pathways and methylation pathways, which might be very helpful for supplemental decisions.

i've done it. some useful reports but you should run the data through 3rd party sites. the two i used was promethease and geneticgenie. the genetic markers are particularly useful in helping to understand if you have issues like inefficient detox pathways or a low/high metabolic rate for certain substances.

Many here have done this, they just arent here today.

Livewello and MTHFR Support (The Sterling App) give you hundreds of mutations from the 23 and me data. These are around $30-50, not free like the other two. But cover way more.
